A lightweight, flexible alternative to traditional acrylic partial dentures
Valplast® flexible partial dentures are made from a flexible, nylon-based material, providing a lightweight and discreet alternative to conventional rigid acrylic partial dentures.
Their translucent material allows the natural colour of the gums to show through , helping the denture blend more naturally when worn. Valplast can also often avoid the visible metal clasps associated with conventional partial dentures.
Valplast® flexible dentures use a flexible thermoplastic material rather than a conventional rigid acrylic denture base. The material can flex with the natural movement of the mouth and its translucent appearance helps the appliance blend more naturally with the gums.
Valplast is commonly used for removable partial dentures where a lightweight and discreet alternative is required. In suitable cases, flexible clasps can also help reduce or avoid the more noticeable metal clasps often associated with conventional acrylic partial dentures.
Different materials, different characteristics
Genuine Valplast® Flexible Partials should be supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. The certificate contains information identifying the appliance and includes a unique serial number.
This serial number can be registered with Valplast to confirm the authenticity of the material and activate the applicable Valplast warranty.
