Refund & Returns Policy

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email enquiries@dental-aesthetics.co.uk within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be unused and returned in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage for unwanted items.

Hygiene products

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed products that are unsuitable for return once opened cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund if they have been unsealed after delivery. This may include toothbrushes and other personal oral-care products.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have sent the wrong product, please contact us at enquiries@dental-aesthetics.co.uk. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. For eligible cancellations, we will also refund our standard delivery charge where required by law. Additional charges for express or upgraded delivery are not refundable.
