Rinse your Valplast denture under running water to remove loose food particles whenever practical after eating.

Soak your appliance regularly using a cleaner suitable for flexible denture material. Follow the current instructions supplied with your chosen cleaner.

Brush gently when needed

If loose debris remains, use a suitable soft silicone-bristle brush. Avoid toothpaste and ordinary nylon toothbrushes on flexible denture material.
