Payment & Delivery
At Dental Aesthetics we accept online electronic transactions via Barclays ePDQ and Paypal.
You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note that our Barclays payment system does not accept payments from American Express credit cards, however these are accepted with Paypal. If you wish to pay by Paypal there is no need for you to have a Paypal account you can pay by credit or debit card without registering and still benefit from Paypal's Secure Payment Process.
We accept telephone orders between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday, call us on 01326 554114 and we will be more than happy to help.

The price you see is the price you pay. We won't sting you with any hidden charges at the checkout. So you can shop with the assurance that the price you see is the price you pay.
Prices shown include VAT at the standard rate of 20%, this is shown in the breakdown at the checkout.
We aim to make your shopping experience with us as simple and convenient as possible. We try to dispatch orders on the day they are received. This is not always possible and if this is the case your order will be dispatched on the following working day.
Our working week is Monday through to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays.
All of our products include free delivery throughout the UK by First Class Royal Mail. This is usually received within 1-2 days postal time. You can upgrade to Next Day Special Delivery for Signed for Services.
Airmail is charged from £1.00 + for deliveries to European Union and £1.50 + for worldwide delivery.
For your convenience, whenever possible, we will flat-pack orders to enable letterbox delivery.
We have established a greener packaging system to reduce our impact on the environment.
We do not use excess postal packaging and use recycled materials wherever possible.
We will do our best to source and use only biodegradable plastic packaging material, and cut down on excess tape.
Please consider re-using or recycling postal packaging.
If you experience any problems with your order or have a suggestion how we can improve our service; please do not hesitate to contact us.
If you need to make a cancellation after placing an order, we will be more than happy to make a full refund provided that we are notified by telephone before your order has been dispatched. (You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched.)
In the unlikely event of products being faulty or of sub-standard quality, please report such problems immediately by telephone or email. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the safe return of the products. Any refund or part refund offered will be solely at the discretion of the Company.
