i-C2 Plaque Disclosing Tablets
Plaque is an invisible film of bacteria and sugars on the surface of the teeth producing acid which causes tooth decay. i-C2 Disclosing Tablets will indicate where you need to brush more carefully to remove the plaque from teeth. Disclosing tablets allow you to see the plaque that has not been cleaned from your teeth in two different colours:
New plaque is dyed RED, old plaque is dyed BLUE!
Directions of Use: After cleaning teeth, crush one tablet between your teeth and spread around teeth and gums with your tongue. I-C2 tablets will stain 1-3 day old plaque bright red, while a blue stain indicates plaque that is over 3 days old. The different staining allows you to see where decay may occur.
Caution: Stains! If I-C2 Disclosing Tablets splash onto clothes or towels, wash the stain out once with soap and plenty of water. Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult. Do not swallow the tablet.
