Fine, and quickly sent, but not sure your practice of taking the sachets out of their boxes, flattening the boxes, then sending the individual sachets and flat packed boxes together in a flat parcel is a good one. I’m sure it saves a bit on postage but it doesn’t seem right from a customer perspective

  2. Lisa

Thank you for your feedback. Where possible, we do flatpack cleaners into an envelope box to allow for letterbox delivery; this does save a little on postage but more so it saves our customers the hassle of missed deliveries. Far too often customers struggle to make it to sorting offices or random neighbours to collect missed parcels & Royal Mail aren’t always very reliable with redeliveries. I’m sorry this isn’t to your liking; if you’d be happy to shop with us again please just drop us a message & we’ll be sure to send your order as a parcel instead. Thanks for your order, Kind Regards, Lisa Dental Aesthetics
